SJR Vorster was one of the first Attorneys to represent a client in 1995 in the High court of South Africa (This field previously reserved for advocates only) with an article thereon appearing in the De Rebus Magazine in May 1995.

Since 1995 SJR Vorster appeared in many matters representing clients throughout the country in inter alia the High Court of the Cape of Good Hope, High Court Pretoria, High Court MMbatho and many Lower Courts and Tribunals.
